ONLINE CUSTOMER RETURNS POLICY
Our policy lasts fourteen days. If fourteen days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase, if you purchased online you may simply provide us with your order number.
If any item not in its original condition, is damaged for reasons not due to our error it is not eligible for a return.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have ay concerns please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange an item please contact us at email@example.com providing your order number.
If an item was purchased for you as a gift and is eligible for a refund please note the refund will be issued to the gift-giver.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Items will not be refunded until the returned package has been received. We strongly recommend that you use a tracked service or insure valuable items if returning. We do not accept responsibility for shipping fees, sales taxes or import duties. Additional shipping charges may apply to exchanges. We are not responsible for items that you have returned which have been lost or damaged in transit.
We aim to delivery all orders as quickly as possible. Any delivery times stated on the website are in no way a guarantee and are based on approximations. This is due to third party factors that may cause delays. In the event of a delayed or lost delivery we can offer a refund after 6 weeks from the purchase date.

Unworn/unused items with proof of purchase may be returned within 14 days of sale for an exchange or credit note.
Colenimo reserves the right to refuse an exchange or credit note on items deemed not to be resalable. Any faulty items may be returned for a refund.
